Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated

This is a UK website, and we comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the CAP Code (administered by the ASA) that govern how affiliate relationships must be disclosed.

What this means for you

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may receive a commission from the provider — at no extra cost to you. The provider pays us out of their marketing budget; you never pay more.

Our promise

  • Rankings and comparisons are based on published prices and features only.
  • We never take payment to rank a provider higher.
  • We label sponsored or compensated content clearly where it exists (we do not currently run any).
  • We state the data capture date so you know how current the figures are.

Which programmes we work with

Current affiliate relationships: Krystal, WebHosting UK and 20i (via Awin), Hostinger and SiteGround (their own programmes) and Sucuri website security (via CJ). Links to Fasthosts, IONOS, 123 Reg and GoDaddy are currently plain links that earn us nothing. All outbound provider buttons pass through a /go/ link so we can count clicks; they're marked rel="sponsored".
